One of the most prominent Banking Technology conferences in Romania, the Banking 4.0. 2023, takes place this year at the Sinaia Resort Casino on the 22-23 November 2023. Transaction Systems and our Romanian partner, TXD IT Solutions are among the conference partners, aiming to present new industry innovations and opportunities for payment and financial organizations in Romania.
After seven successful organizations, this year’s conference is titled “Banking in the Open Era” and will be analyzing the impact of emerging technologies on the banking sector, and focusing on themes such as open banking, open finance, generative AI, digital bank of the future.
Among the topics covered will be the biggest challenges that banks are currently facing: regulation, new technologies, competition, and customer needs. Transaction Systems Managing Director, Panagiotis Chalkias will be among the panelists discussing the topic of “Payments Orchestration: we buy, we rent or we develop our own payment infrastructure?”, moderated by Claudia Chipper, European Women Payments Network Ambassador/ Partner Wolf Theiss.
