JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing the sales process, winning new customers, and effectively managing the end-to-end sales cycle to increase company revenue.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain detailed knowledge of the company’s products.
- Effectively provide information about the company’s products to customers and potential customers.
- Develop trustworthy relationships with clients, potential clients, and increase the company’s sales.
- Establish long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage the full end-to-end process, which includes communication with the client, scheduling meetings, product presentation, sales, and further client support.
- Receive and process orders and control their timely execution.
- Prepare commercial offers.
- Perform other tasks related to the activity.
- Make analysis of sales statistics.
- Consolidate customer data and transactions in CRM.
- Execute quarterly sales plans together with the direct supervisor.
- Fulfill the tasks and instructions given by the supervisor.
SKILLS
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of:
- Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Upper Intermediate level).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Higher education (at least a bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the technology or financial sectors.
