Martin Löffler is the Global CEO of TRSYS, responsible for corporate development, business strategy, and global operations.

Martin is an international tech leader with extensive experience in IT systems integration and consulting services. He joined TRSYS after more than 25 years of professional footprint in international leadership positions at global players such as Atos, SAS, HPE, and SoftwareONE.

Martin has lived in Prague and Vienna and holds degrees and diplomas from the University of Economics, Vienna, the University of British Columbia, HSG, Switzerland, and INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

As CEO of the Central, South, and East Europe region, Panos is responsible for company development and go-to-market in CEE. In addition, he is driving the global hardware business expansion in the area of e-payments, branch, and retail automation as head of the Transaction Technology division.

He has more than 20 years of extensive commercial experience in the electronic payments space which includes delivering major growth to pan-European sales and revenue, opening profitable new markets, and establishing new companies from scratch.

Panagiotis has received several awards and recognitions for sales achievements, including Verifone President’s Club and NCR Circle of Excellence awards. He has also served as a member of the NCR Partner Advisory Board.

As the CEO of Caucasia, Central Asia, and CIS/ Moldova, Irina oversees the company’s business strategies and operations in the region. She will continue to build on the company’s successes, fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders, and ensuring that Transaction Systems achieves its ambitious business goals.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing in large commercial companies, which has allowed her to obtain comprehensive expertise and understanding of payment systems, and valuable experience in managing complicated regional projects.

Irina graduated from Tbilisi State University with two degrees – in Foreign Relations and Economics- and obtained an iMBA from the University of Virginia / Darden, Coursera.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Andrea has the overall responsibility for the Group’s financial operations.

She has gained 25 years of extensive financial and leadership experience in various management positions at a range of multinational and Hungarian corporations, such as HEINZ, Avery Dennison, Credit Invest Ltd., Aeroplex Central Europe, the Hungarian Ministry of Finance, Hungarocontrol, and others.

She has an Engineering degree from the University of Miskolc, a degree in Economics and an MBA from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. She is a certified accountant, ACCA DipIFR, accredited controller, accredited change management consultant and certified LEAN manager.

As the Director of the Solutions and Services Division, Ivan’s main mission will be to strengthen the company’s position as an integrator and enabler of digital transformation in the global financial services sectors. He is responsible for leading the company´s project services initiatives in digital banking modernization and ensuring an exceptional level of delivery quality.

Ivan disposes over 20 years of experience as COO, sales- and delivery director, having previously held key positions at Capgemini, Infosys, Arbes Technologies, and SAS Institute.

As the company’s Marketing Director, Sylvia’s primary focus is to enhance Transaction Systems’ brand awareness and to continuously help drive business results, by managing the company’s digital and physical marketing endeavors.

She has more than 20 years of business-to-business international marketing and communications experience in the IT sector, working for multinational and regional IT corporations such as CA Technologies Printec Group, Oracle, and HSBC Bank.

Sylvia holds a B.A. in English Language from the University of Athens and an MBA from the University of Piraeus. She is a certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSR-P).

Michal is the Sales Director for Poland and the Baltic countries.

In his extended role, Michal also acts as the Business Development Director responsible for sales of the bank branch automation, digital transformation, and retail solutions in Central and Eastern Europe.

He comes with over 15 years of sales and business development experience in multinational technology companies such as Toshiba, NCR, and Retail Robotics.

He holds a diploma in International Economic Relations, as well as an Executive MBA with distinction from the Warsaw School of Economics.

In his career, Michal was recognized many times for his sales achievements, including such awards as NCR John H. Patterson Sales Award and NCR Best Sales Manager in the EMEA region.

Janos is responsible for the sales and customer relationship management in the Hungarian market. He has more than 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing in large commercial companies, such as Coca Cola Hungary, Sara Lee Douwe Egberts, Auchan Hungary, Ingenico Hungary etc.

He has a degree in Economics from the Budapest Foreign Trade University.

Sales Director

Tatjana Novak has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, with a wide experience in Card Business and Payments. She joined Transaction Systems in June 2019 as the Regional Sales Director, responsible for sales activities in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, BiH, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo. Throughout her career, she has worked for several financial organizations such as Varaždinska Banka, Hypo Group Alpe Adria, and Intesa Sanpaolo Card later MPSI.

Tatjana has a BSc from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics Varaždin of Zagreb University.
