Our search for a Program Manager is fueled by our commitment to delivering innovative solutions in the ever-evolving field of financial services/fintech solutions. We are seeking an individual who possesses a solid understanding of the financial industry, thrives on challenges, and has a proven track record in developing and managing successful solution/systems integration programs. The role reports directly to the global head of the division “SW and innovations”. The Program Manager in Transaction Systems plays a critical role in developing and managing solution programs that facilitate secure and efficient payment transactions as well as other mission-critical offerings of the financial industry. The role involves crafting a strategic vision for financial services solutions, conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, ensuring compliance, and optimizing revenue streams. The Program Manager demonstrates leadership skills and is an empathic team player in our dynamic and multi-cultural ecosystem. He/She has a solid understanding of economics paired with outstanding project management skills and a hands-on mentality.
He/she must be able to communicate in a diverse organization with all areas of the company as well as with international stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.

  • Customer-facing experience. Business development or presales experience is appreciated.

POS Service Engineer

Role Overview: POS Service Engineer 

We are looking for a POS Service Engineer to join our team in Budapest. This role involves repairing, preparing, and staging EFT POS devices (PAX), with a strong focus on electronics and software management. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, with experience in soldering, hardware troubleshooting, and updating software components. You will report to the Service Manager and Product Director, working closely to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of all repair and service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • POS Device Repair: Repair POS devices, including replacing spare parts or components, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Terminal Condition Preview: Regularly inspect and assess the condition of terminals.
  • Software Management: Update or upload software components (firmware, applications, etc.) to POS devices.
  • Job Administration: Accurately log all repair and service activities in our service system.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Report to the Service Manager and/or Product Director on service operations and any issues that arise.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • End-to-End Sales Execution and Client Relationship Management: Take direct responsibility for executing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
