Job description

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a proven track record of acquiring new customers within the CCA region, to manage the entire sales cycle with innovative and strategic approaches. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by developing and executing a robust sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.

Job responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales Execution and Client Relationship Management: Take direct responsibility for executing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. This includes managing the CRM pipeline effectively, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients, as well as ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. The right candidate will oversee all aspects of client communication, scheduling meetings, preparing product offerings, and providing post-sale support to guarantee a seamless and successful sales experience.

• Strategic Sales, Financial, and Revenue Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, including writing quarterly, annual, and long-term profit plans. This involves analyzing market trends, forecasting results, and determining estimated sales volume and profit for both existing and new products. Additionally, establish competitive pricing strategies to drive business growth and ensure financial success.

• Reporting and Analysis: Continuously update sales-related reports and databases, and monitor the cash collection process, reporting any disruptions.

• Goal Setting: Determine sales goals for each subordinate unit, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, particularly during the export and customs processes.

• Continuous Learning: Constantly update your knowledge of products within the e-payment scope to enhance sales approaches.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 years of experience working in a managerial position in the field of sales within the technology industry, and a strong sales network within the CCA region (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan) is required.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is essential.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
