Our search for a Program Manager is fueled by our commitment to delivering innovative solutions in the ever-evolving field of financial services/fintech solutions. We are seeking an individual who possesses a solid understanding of the financial industry, thrives on challenges, and has a proven track record in developing and managing successful solution/systems integration programs. The role reports directly to the global head of the division “SW and innovations”. The Program Manager in Transaction Systems plays a critical role in developing and managing solution programs that facilitate secure and efficient payment transactions as well as other mission-critical offerings of the financial industry. The role involves crafting a strategic vision for financial services solutions, conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, ensuring compliance, and optimizing revenue streams. The Program Manager demonstrates leadership skills and is an empathic team player in our dynamic and multi-cultural ecosystem. He/She has a solid understanding of economics paired with outstanding project management skills and a hands-on mentality.
He/she must be able to communicate in a diverse organization with all areas of the company as well as with international stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.
The ideal candidate will have sound experience in international (IT-) organizations with open mindset, resilience, and willingness to learn and to collaborate. In the assigned competence areas: Business Planning, Go-to-Market conception, and Pre-Sales, he/she will also display strategic and tactical execution skills.

 

Job responsibilities

• Solution Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy aligned with the company’s goals in the financial services solutions space.
• Market Research: Analyze the market, competitors, and customers. Identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
• Value Chain Management: Oversee the entire program/solution value chain, from planning through launch and ongoing support, ensuring it meets evolving market demands.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with development, design, and other teams to ensure goals are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Budget Management: Estimate and manage the offering-related budget, including development and marketing expenses.
• Promotion: Develop effective strategies and plans for offering launches and ongoing promotions.
• Monetization Strategies: Develop pricing models and strategies for maximizing revenue from solutions and services
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to promote and quality-assure the offering
• Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape
• Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional virtual teams involved in development and management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of the solutions
• Partner management: Engage with partners to enhance the reach of Transaction Systems in the perspectives of go-to-market as well as delivery and development.

Education and Experience

• At least 7 years in the technology industry, with the network in CEE / EMEA
• Customer-facing experience. Business development or presales experience is appreciated.
• Recent experience building, leading, and managing business solutions in the financial industry
• Experience in complex delivery: professional services or program leadership environment.
• MBA or technical degree preferred, but not a must.
